We created “Elle,” - the automated process coordinator and text messaging platform for financial institutions.

Elle helps move all communication and documents surrounding individual bank processes faster without the need for manual work to increase the productivity of each process by 400% and lower the risk for underwriting exceptions. Elle also automatically recaptures up to 15% of online applications that are lost before completion.

Shastic currently serves close to 50 financial institutions in the U.S. and has established key partnerships with mobile banking provider Access Softek and leading online loan origination provider MeridianLink.

The company is headquartered at 727 Allston Way in Berkeley California.
We are currently working with close to 30 U.S. banks. Over the last 24 months, our client base has grown 100% every year and we expect to double it by the end of 2021.
